Normalize the commercial event without normalizing away risk
Model application, approval, funding, transaction, qualified lead, and subscription as distinct events. Store geography, caps, reversal rules, cookie, evidence confidence, and verification date with the AffiliateDataset record. Do not infer product eligibility or regulatory status from the affiliate fields. Those belong in separately sourced compliance and product datasets with a named jurisdiction and effective date.
Put review gates around material changes
